It tarnishes your image and lower your esteem. 1.Try to always appear neat and smart. 2.Dont talk too much on your first day with a guy and try to maintain table manner 3.Dont dip your finger into your nose and ear in public 4.Stop looking at your under in public when menstrating, jst relax and try to get off your mind from it 5. Sit coperate and dont sit like a man unless they will be looking at your panties.
